How to Apply

Candidates looking to apply for this fellowship may do so through the AAMC Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). All applicants must register with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) in addition to submitting an application to our program. Applicants participate in the vascular match during their General Surgery PGY-4 year, matching for a position to begin following the completion of their PGY-5 year.

All applicants must have completed an ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency by August 1.

The following documents are required to be submitted through ERAS for a complete application:

  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Medical School Transcript.
  • Personal Statement.
  • Four (4) Letters of Recommendation (One must be from the medical school dean).
  • USMLE Transcript.
  • ABS In-Training Exam Scores.
