Overview

The Pediatric Clinical Research Fellowship in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital combines 60% time in research and 40% time in patient care. The research program is carried out at MGH with projects in skeletal molecular biology, wound healing, tissue regeneration, and distraction osteogenesis. Patient care activity is at Mass General Brigham for Children.

Curriculum

Emphasis is placed on both patient care and research in Pediatric OMFS. The fellow will be given a staff appointment to serve as attending surgeon to allow supervision of residents and participating in the trauma on-call schedule.
