Overview

Amy Tsurumi, PhD studies mechanistic characterization and prediction model development for aging, aging-related chronic diseases, and inflammatory conditions. They integrate 'omics (transcriptomics, epigenomics, and proteomics) and electronic health record datasets, and apply machine learning to analyze data. Recently published and ongoing studies include the development of novel blood biomarkers for sepsis.
