Overview
The Kwiatkowski Lab works on multiple aspects of Cancer Genetics, including lung cancer, mesothelioma, bladder cancer, PEComa. We also use ML and AI methods for analysis of digital pathology images to predict response to immune checkpoint therapy, and methods to predict immune checkpoint therapy toxicity.
