Overview

Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery research at Mass General Brigham focuses on improving diagnosis, treatment, pelvic pain and quality of life for pelvic floor function. Investigators study pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, and related functional conditions using clinical trials, outcomes research, and novel surgical and nonsurgical therapies. The work aims to refine minimally invasive and reconstructive techniques, enhance long-term outcomes, and inform evidence-based care.
